Shawn Frank

Shawn Frank came to Everett Community College after an outstanding high school career at Everett High. In one memorable performance, he scored 45 points and grabbed 20 rebounds. He earned several honors during his sophomore season in 1991-92, including NAACP student athlete of the year and MVP of the North Division of the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges. In his second year with the Trojans, Shawn averaged 28 points and 15 rebounds per game – this led the league in both categories and was voted male athlete of the year at EvCC.  Currently he is 4th in the all-time career points total for EvCC Men's Basketball with 1,271; one of five players in the history of the program to have over 1,000 career points.  He also held the record for the highest amount of points scored in a single season all time at EvCC with 782.  That record was held for 27 years until Markieth Brown Jr. broke the record in 2019 with 786 single season points.

Shawn continued his academic and athletic career at Central Washington University.
