Max Whitt  

Max Whitt played two seasons for the Trojans in 2012 and 2013 and was a key member of the 2013 club to the first NWAC Championship since 1966.  In that season Max led the team in hits (63), runs scored (50) and stolen bases (11).  He also hit an even .400 average throughout the teams historic run through the NWAC playoffs and was subsequently named to the all tournament team.  

Other accolades for Whitt during his time at EvCC include being named the North Region MVP, an ABCA First Team All American Infielder, and his 50 runs ties the most in a single season in EvCC program history.  He also holds a spot in the EvCC top ten in career runs, career hits, career doubles, career stolen bases, and career walks.  

After EvCC Max went on to play for national powerhouse Lewis and Clark State where in 2015 he won a national championship and was named to the All World Series team and voted All West NAIA.  Statistically as a Warrior his 175 assists ranks fifth in a single season at LCSC, he hit .298 in 57 games, tallied 64 hits including 17 home runs, 72 RBI’s and scored 59 runs.  In 2015 he was drafted by the Miami Marlins in the 17th round.
