Please fill out the form to nominate yourself or someone else to be considered for induction into the Everett Community College Athletic Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame Committee will review all nominations from this year and previous years by December 31st. Inductees for the new class will be notified and honored at the June Hall of Fame Banquet.

Nominations are accepted year-round, however consideration for the upcoming class must have nomination forms sent in to the Hall of Fame Committee by December 31st of the previous year. For example, nominations for the class of 2019 must have the form submitted by December 31st, 2018.
