Looking to bounce back from their first loss of the season, the Trojans took on Green River who is coming off a big win over Edmonds with a final score of 90-62. Green River showed no signs of slowing down as they took on Everett. In the first half Green River shot the ball well shooting over 50% from the field. The Trojans hung in there and kept the score close going into halftime down 45-35.
The Trojans picked up the pace and were able to tie the game at 57-57 with 11 minutes left in the game. Jon Parker had another big game scoring 20 points after heating up in the second half. Markieth Brown Jr. also had a great game putting away 22 points. The Trojans as a team shot 45% from the field but shot 78% from the line going 18-23 on the night.
The Trojans went on to win the game by a final score of 93-81 after outscoring Green River by 22 points in the second half.
