After falling twice to Edmonds earlier in the season, the EvCC women's soccer team came out hungry in their 3rd and final matchup of the regular season with Edmonds CC.
The Trojan took care of business on Saturday, defeating Shoreline by a score of 6-1, and securing a much needed three points to stay within one point of the third playoff spot in the North Region.
In back to back games, the Trojans faced top ranked opponents in Edmonds CC and Peninsula College. While the final score showed 5-0, the team showed considerable toughness and grit.
After all morning matches at the NWAC Soccer Friendlies in Tukwila were cancelled on Thursday due to poor air quality, the Trojans men's and women's soccer teams finally got the opportunity to kick off their seasons on Friday.
