Omar joined the Trojan Women's Soccer coaching staff in 2017 with first year head coach Rafael Marins.  Juarez, came to the Trojans with collegiate playing experience, and coaching experience with Fuerza Football Club.  He holds a BFUT License, as well as a Washington Youth Soccer License.  Prior to coaching, the Everett native attended Everett Community College out of Mariner High School, where he played on the men's team for the 2013 season before he was recruited to play for Trinity Lutheran College in 2015.  When Trinity closed it's doors, Omar transferred to Northwest University for the 2016 season where the Eagles posted an 11-8 record, and advanced to the Cascade Conference Tournament, falling in the first round to the eventual conference champs, Corban University. 

Omar still finds time to get on the pitch and play, spending three months in Brazil to play for a club team.
