Danielle Bauder, a freshman from Ballard High School, was named NWAC Female Cross Country Athlete of the Week. She is the first Everett CC Athlete to be selected for the awared in any sport this 2018-2019 year. Last Saturday at the Warner Pacific University XC Classic, Bauder posted a time of 18:47.30 (her collegiate best in the 5k) and finished 1st among all NWAC competitors.
"Dani had another great race, setting a personal best of 25 seconds," exclaimed Trojan head coach Tansey Lystad. "She ran with confidence amongst highly competitive 4 year schools, and and we cannot wait to see what she does the rest of this year and beyond!"
