Congratulations to this week's Female Athlete of the Week - Lily Rock, a freshman runner on the Women's Cross Country team from Friday Harbor High School in Friday Harbor, WA. The 6K NW Regional Championship hosted by Green River College at Lake Wilderness Park in Maple Valley, WA took place on Saturday, October 25th and Lily ran the 6K course in 24:20.7 to take first beating out her teammates that crossed immediately after at 24:21.2 and 24:37.4. Her next race will be the 2025 NWAC Championships!

Coach Cundy had this to say "Lily won the 2025 NWAC Northwest Region Cross Country Championship individual title while leading the EvCC Trojans to a dominant team victory where the top 5 scoring members placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 8th and the Trojans showed their depth by also placing 9th, 10th, and 11th. Lily has been the first finisher for Everett in 5 out of 6 races so far this season!"
