Allie Taylor (Milless)

Hailing from Arlington High School, Allie Taylor (Milless) came to Everett CC as a top recruit after leading AHS to a 4th place finish at the District Tournament and earning first team All Wesco honors.  As a freshman for the Trojans in the 2010 season, Allie worked in a 4-person pitching rotation finishing the year with a 4-2 record in 47 innings with 37 strikeouts. The team finished 3rd in the North Region with a 17-7 record and upset Walla Walla in the first round of the NWAC playoffs, before eventually falling to Clackamas in the quarterfinals.

It was Allie’s sophomore year in the circle that really started to turn heads and garner the attention of 4-year school recruiters.  She pitched her way to 13 wins over 139 innings and her 132 Strikeouts ranked 7th among all NWAACC pitchers.  Allie also posted an ERA of 2.36 which ranked 4th in the NWAACC among pitchers that threw over 100 innings.  The Trojans once again made a trip to the post season, where Milles put on an absolute show.  She pitched in all 7 games, 6 of them complete and totaled 41 strikeouts leading EvCC to the championship game, and a 2nd place finish, the highest in program history.  Allie was named to the all tournament team and was voted into First team all north region.  At EvCC she earned the academic leader award and was named the Everett Community College female athlete of the year.  In her career at Everett Allie racked up 186 2/3 innings pitched, 17 wins, 169 strikeouts, and a 2.92 ERA.

After her sophomore season, Allie was recruited by several Universities, but ultimately decided to hang up the cleats to further her education in Medical Assisting.  She now works for the Tulalip Tribes at the Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy as the Health, Safety and Nutrition Coordinator for students and their families and has spent the last nine years serving their community.  Allie married former Everett CC basketball alumn David Taylor, and together they have two sons Aiden and Cason.
