Please fill out the form to nominate yourself or someone else to be considered for induction into the Everett Community College Athletic Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame Committee will review all nominations from this year and previous years by November 1st. Inductees for the new class will be notified and honored at the June Athletic Awards & Hall of Fame Banquet.

Nominations are accepted year-round, however consideration for the upcoming class must have nomination forms sent in to the Hall of Fame Committee by November 1st of the previous year. For example, nominations for the class of 2025 must have the form submitted by November 1st, 2024.
